About the Class
Held on the last Sunday of every month this class is designed to help you transition from the month that has passed and move into the month ahead with a calmness and clarity. This class meets you in your own space and through gentle guided meditation you’ll be supported to release tension, feel relaxed and find your calm. Whether you’re new to meditation or developing your practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed. FAQs - What should I wear? Something cosy and comfy - Do I need to bring anything? You may want to bring some water and a pillow. - I've never meditated before, can I still come? Yes, the class is suited to complete beginners and to more advanced and will be fully guided.

Refund Policy We want our meditation classes to feel calm, flexible, and supportive for everyone. To keep things fair and manageable, the following refund policy applies to all bookings. Single Class Bookings You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the class start time. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the class cannot be processed, as your space has already been reserved. Courses and Multi-Session Programmes If you book a multi-week course or programme, you may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the first session begins. Once the course has started, refunds are not available. However, if you cannot attend a particular session, please contact us and we will do our best to help where possible.
